Your date will remain available to other clients until your 50% non-refundable retainer is paid and your contract is signed. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once both the signed contract and retainer have been received.

If you receive a quote and decide to move forward, please be prepared to secure your date within the timeframe provided. Unpaid invoices or incomplete bookings will not be used to hold a date.

Note for Travel, Parking & Book Now, Pay Later Options

Travel fees are added based on the distance from Hinesville, GA. Final travel cost will be confirmed after the location has been verified. If your location is over 60 miles, we will send your custom invoice after calculating mileage.

If parking or valet fees apply, the cost will be charged to your hotel room ( if available) or added to your final balance. Please make sure the front desk has Signature Special Moments listed for access to your room for setup.
