Booking Policies & Service Terms

Welcome to Signature Special Moments! We’re so excited to help create unforgettable memories for you. Please review the following policies before booking:

Travel & Service Area

• We service within a 20-mile radius of Hinesville, GA.

• Travel outside this area may include an additional fee.

Access to Room

• Clients are responsible for providing safe access to homes,hotel rooms, Airbnbs, or private rentals.

• For hotels: please provide a room key or room number in advance.

• For Airbnbs: provide entry codes prior to setup time.

• If valet parking is required, fees must be covered by the client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking if rescheduled within 6 months.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your event may result in forfeiture of your balance.

Damages & Liability

• Signature Special Moments is not responsible for any damages to hotel, Airbnb, or personal property.

• Clients are responsible for covering any damages or fees billed by the property.

Setup & Cleanup

• Setup is included with every package.

• Cleanup is included only with select packages (otherwise available for an additional fee).
