Our Policy
BOOKING
Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days) will incur an additional late fee. Any bookings made within one week will not be accepted unless approved by the owner. Please note that many hotels in the Historic Plant District, including the JW Marriott and others nearby, offer valet parking only. If your setup is at one of these locations, make sure the valet knows Signature Special Moments will be arriving for decor setup. Any valet or parking fees charged by the hotel are the client’s responsibility.
RETAINER
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. We accept Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. For payments via Klarna, Afterpay, or Zip, we will issue a Stripe invoice. We do not accept CASH. Deposits are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event date, except for travel clients, who must pay in full one week in advance. If booking within 5 days of the event, FULL PAYMENT is required. No full payment means no service.
An invoice will be emailed to the email address provided, detailing all charges and services requested. Please read and sign your invoice to avoid any confusion about pricing or inclusions.
REFUNDS
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. We are committed to delivering the highest quality decor for your event and will make every effort to exceed expectations.
CANCELLATIONS
If you choose to cancel, Signature Special Moments will no longer provide a credit. To reschedule, you must submit a new date on the day of cancellation that falls within the next two months.
