Extra Hours of Coverage: $100 per hour (September Promo Rate: $50 per hour) - Extend our on-site time to capture late-night memories.
The TikTok/Reel Takeover: $150 Flat Rate - Give your followers a front-row seat as we live-post BTS clips directly to your stories in real time.
Additional Social Ready Edits: $50 per video - Order extra short-form transition or trend edits from your gallery after the event.
Last-minute schedule modifications: $75 change fee - Applied to adjustments made to event timelines or locations less than 72 hours beforehand.
Booking Policies & Terms
Securing Your Date: A 50% non-refundable retainer fee and a signed digital agreement are required to secure your slot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due exactly 72 hours before your event date.
Travel Boundaries: Professional services include free travel within a 15-mile radius of Hinesville, GA. Any venues located outside of this radius are subject to a standard travel fee of $1.75 per mile.
Timeline Modifications: Changes to your booked timeline or venue layout made less than 72 hours prior to the event are subject to a $75 change fee and approval based on our availability.
