Deposits, Payments & Scheduling

A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your booking, and no date or time is secured without it. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, the full non-refundable balance is required upfront. A rush fee may apply for last-minute requests, depending on availability. Payments can be made via Zelle (no fee), Cash App, Apple Pay (fee), Square (4% fee), or Stripe (4% fee). A full refund will only be issued if your decorator cancels the service. Once your deposit is paid, your order begins processing immediately. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied to a future date at no extra cost in case of unforeseen circumstances, pending availability and advance notice.

Hotel Check In & Room Preparations

Please make sure you’re checked into your hotel room before we arrive. Before setup, ensure all personal belongings are put away, the bed is made, and items are stored in the bathroom or closet. The room should be clean and ready to serve as a sanitary workspace. Personal items products should be properly stored. If our team has to clean the room before setup, a cleaning fee will apply.

Cleanup & Time Accuracy

Next-day cleanup is available for $100, or you can use the provided cleanup kit to handle it yourself. If decorations are left behind, the hotel may charge a fee ranging from $50 to $500. Signature Special Moments aren’t responsible for any hotel housekeeping charges, so please confirm policies directly with your hotel. Because Valentine’s Day is a busy time, accurate check-in, check-out, and location details are required, and any changes should be communicated right away. Early check-in requests must be noted in advance and depend on hotel availability. We’ll try our best to accommodate changes, but they aren’t guaranteed due to scheduling limitations. If timing changes occur, a $60 fee will be issued and must be paid before decorations begin.
